Dance & Movement Therapy (DMT)

We all come together as children, family and community to be involved in dance, music, activities and fitness programmes, which helps in improving our physical, mental, emotional and and social wellbeing as well as keeping our body and mind motivated.

Dance Movement Therapy involves energetic dance workouts from varied genres, which gives you the opportunity to have fun whilst increasing your heart rate and mood.
